Hamad: Kikwete not to sign the bill

 CUF Secretary General Seif Sharrif Hamad said the prevailing crisis in the Union comes from the hidden to the agreement set out by the founders of the Union by saying they are not a nuisance to kutakapoundwa zitakwisha three and Union government contract.
He said this yesterday during a conference and said Zanzibaris living in mainland United signed by the founders of the Union is hidden and say medicine is three and Union government contract.
Hamad, who is also the First Vice President of Zanzibar, urged President Jakaya Kikwete kutosaini Amendment Bill to the Constitutional Reform Act 2013 for the details that you have defects.
"Zanzibaris my colleagues and I are one of them that we want the Union to the contract, I asked and I said I want the Union commission contract I think you also thought you are like me," said Hamad.
Hamad Kikwete commended the government to let the people themselves write the constitution and asking them not to agree to sign a bill of law.
He said Zanzibar is a country full of authority as in other countries it requires the return of his authority and that the decision whether to include the return of his seat in the Council of the International Union.
"Zanzibar is located on the right to enter into contracts with international organizations like the other countries, we want to Zanzibar dollars a perfect country as in the past, the Union has blotted out Zanzibar on the map internationally," he said, adding:
"Currently Zanzibar has no right to say any community unites and internationally, this is a hidden obstacle for the Coalition agreement to our founders."
